Power of Attorney

A Power of Attorney or POA for short is a legal document that allows the principal person to appoint an agent to act for them should they be incapacitated.  

 A Power of Attorney will have the power to: 

  * Make financial decisions * Make gifts of Money * Make Healthcare decisions  

There are 4 types of Power of Attorney (POA) :

  1. General POA

 2.Durable POA 

3. Special/ Limited POA 

4.Springing Durable POA
