A Will is a Legal Document that sets forth your wishes regarding the distribution of your property and/or the care of any minor children. You can prepare a Valid Will yourself, but it is recommended to have the document witnessed so there won't be issues later on.
There are 4 types of Wills:
1. Holographic Will
2. Oral Will
3. Pour-over Will (Conjunction with a trust)
4. Mutual Will ( Marred or couples)
